Video: Jean-Claude Van Damme posts series of at-home training lessons

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Last month, we shared some exclusive self-isolation training tips from Mr. Universe champion and action film star Alexander Nevsky, "the Russian Schwarzenegger".

More than three weeks later, many of us are still in self-isolation during the continuing COVID-19 pandemic, so it's very helpful that the great Jean-Claude Van Damme is also sharing training tips now, posting a video series on his YouTube channel.

The first two "Train with Van Damme" videos are embedded here. The description provided by Van Damme is:

Years ago, I was injured… So, I rehabilitated myself to have flexibility, dexterity and to go back into shape! I would like to share that with you… It's a program made of no weights with everything that you can use from home.

PLEASE, CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN BEFORE BEGINNING THIS EXERCISE PROGRAM.

There's more to come, so if you want to train with Van Damme, be sure to keep an eye on his channel.
