Hotel Artemis trailer assembles a cast of criminals under one roof

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Criminals need a place to get better too, just like the rest of us law-abiding citizens. But, they need to do it away from the prying, invasive eyes of law officials and good Samaritans. Such a place may not exist in the real world (That we know of. *wink wink*), but in the new movie HOTEL ARTEMIS there is a place where all manner of crooks, thieves and killers can rest their weary, law-breaking heads. The first trailer for the movie from Drew Pearce (IRON MAN 3) shows off the all-star cast including Jodie Foster, Sterling K. Brown, Charlie Day, Sofia Boutella, Dave Bautista, Jenny Slate, Zachary Quinto, Jeff Goldblum, Brian Tyree Henry and more as they make it through a night of pure chaos. Being a villain is always a bloody business.

Set in riot-torn, near-future Los Angeles, HOTEL ARTEMIS is an original, high-octane action-thriller starring Jodie Foster as The Nurse, who runs a secret, members-only hospital for criminals. Jodie Foster is joined by an all-star cast that includes Sterling K. Brown, Sofia Boutella, Jeff Goldblum, Brian Tyree Henry, Jenny Slate, Zachary Quinto, Charlie Day, and Dave Bautista.

The cast looks fantastic and the movie as a whole looks like a helluva fun time. Pearce has his name attached to some great projects, like IRON MAN 3 and MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE 5, and he even directed the Marvel One-Shot, ALL HAIL THE KING. The film has an ingenious concept and is filled with top-notch actors, so this is shaping up to be a can't miss flick for fans of genre films. Plus it has Goldblum in sunglasses, so, that's worth the ticket price right there.

HOTEL ARTEMIS arrives June 8.
