Casting news have been coming out of the woodwork for Patrick Lussier’s bloody revenge flick DRIVE ANGRY 3D, with the latest addition being Charolette Ross a few weeks back (HERE), joining Nicolas Cage, Tom Atkins, William Fichtner, Amber Heard, and Billy Burke. Today Variety announced yet another addition to the cast… Simona Williams!

Williams is set to play one of the bitches in the crime syndicate who are up against Cage’s character. In other words, she’s a bad guy. Do I smell a Cage / Williams fight scene coming on? Now how kick ass would that be?

DRIVE ANGRY 3D, written by Lussier and Todd Farmer, centers on a man (Cage) driven by rage who is chasing the people who killed his daughter and kidnapped her baby. The vendetta/rescue spins out of control as the chase gets bloodier by the mile, leaving bodies strewn along the highway.

I can’t wait to see all the cool shit they have planned for us with this one!
Filming is about to kick-start in Shreveport, Louisiana this month, with a release date of February 11, 2011, on the horizon.
