The latest poster for Ti West’s THE HOUSE OF THE DEVIL popped online today, and while it’s similiar to the PREVIOUS POSTER they released a few weeks ago, it’s still rockin’ a 80s slasher vibe that I can’t get enough of.
THE HOUSE OF THE DEVIL hits theaters just in time for Halloween, and goes a little something like this: In the 1980s, college student Samantha Hughes takes a strange babysitting job that coincides with a full lunar eclipse. She slowly realizes her clients harbor a terrifying secret; they plan to use her in a satanic ritual.
Ah yes, the always scare-inducing satanic ritual. Gotta love it. The new poster is awesome, a throw-back to the classic poster era of the 70s and 80s, and if this doesn’t get people to want to check this out, I don’t know what will.
THE HOUSE OF THE DEVIL hits VOD on October 1st, and in select theaters on Halloween.
