So the Cannes film festival might be getting ready to end tomorrow but that doesn’t mean the news stops coming! Today we’ve got another news item involving a genre flick being picked up at the annual festival. What flick am I here to tell you about today? Why Jorge Michel Grau’s SOMOS LO QUE HAY (WE ARE WHAT WE ARE) of course!
We first told you about WE ARE WHAT WE ARE back in March, with a more recent update offering us the trailer for the Mexican cannibal flick. So you want details right? Unfortunately we don’t have much. What we do know is that IFC Films are the ones that swooped in and snatched up WE ARE WHAT WE ARE. We’re not even given a potential release date.. Bummer.
