Interview: American Reunion Directors Hayden Schlossberg and Jon Hurwitz

JoBloJoBlo

Writing/directing team Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg have given us quite a few things to laugh at. From the drug and sex fueled adventures of HAROLD AND KUMAR the twosome are now treading into East Great Falls, Michigan. In AMERICAN REUNION – the third theatrical sequel to AMERICAN PIE, not including DTVs – the filmmakers bring back the cast to give audiences the comedy and the nudity that PIE fans keep coming back for.

Sitting down with both Jon and Hayden, I was happy to find they are fans of JoBlo. When it came to their latest, I couldn’t help but mention the healthy amount of nudity. And yes, that includes Jason Biggs revealing more than he ever has before. In fact, the directors talk a lot about dicks and how they have become a sort of staple in comedy. Don’t be too afraid though, they don’t skimp on boobs either, there is plenty of nudity this time around.

AMERICAN REUNION opens this Friday at a theatre near you.

“ We always bring the dick!”
