Okay, everybody out there, who hasn’t fallen a little bit in love with Pam from “The Office?” Seriously, can anybody not say they haven’t had a moment when they wished their receptionist was that adorable? Well, Jenna Fischer, the lovely lady who brought Pam to life is expanding her role as the serious one, into Darlene Madison, the true love to Dewey Cox in WALK HARD: THE DEWEY COX STORY. She is a stunning co-star to John C. Reilly’s Cox, and she gets to stretch her comic ability is a few fun and entertaining ways.
It was kind of a mix of excitement and nerves sitting across from her at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. But I’m happy to report that she is every bit as beautiful and gracious as you’d think she would be. It’s terrific to see her in a role where she was inspired heavily by Reese Witherspoon’s Oscar winning performance in WALK THE LINE. But on a much less serious note, Darlene offers up some nice sexual tension that looks a little painful.
