INT: Reese Witherspoon

JoBloJoBlo

I remember the first time I saw Reese Witherspoon. It was a wonderful little coming of age drama called THE MAN IN THE MOON. She was terrific and I had a feeling back then, that she would be around for a long time. And judging from her Academy Award winning role of June Carter Cash in WALK THE LINE, I was right. She has had a very successful career as a comedic actress including SWEET HOME ALABAMA, LEGALLY BLONDE and it’s sequel. Now, she takes on a dramatic role in the ensemble film RENDITION.

I met with her at the Regent Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills and before I could even sit down, she asked me how I was doing. This is a lovely woman. Sweet and very charming and pretty. It’s always nice to see a star as big as she is that is down to earth and sincere. We talked about career and even being parents. Being a parent explains her supporting role in RENDITION as the wife of a kidnapped American. Even though it’s a small part, she does a terrific job and you can see her this Friday at a theatre near you.
