Interview: Scott Pilgrim’s ladies Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Ellen Wong

JoBloJoBlo

As I entered the room to talk to Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Ellen Wong of SCOTT PILGRIM VS. THE WORLD, walking out of the room was an impossibly cute 9-year-old girl, who had just wrapped interviewing them for MSN. The entire room was fawning and AWWWs were abundant. In walks me.

To their credit, neither Mses. Winstead or Wong shrieked in horror as they went from an adorable little girl to this troll of a man. They were actually incredibly sweet. I had a chance to talk to both of them in depth later in the day (more on that soon) and, while unsuccessful in wedging myself into a love triangle like Scott Pilgrim found himself in, brought back a lot of scoop on SCOTT PILGRIM.
