INT: Tyler Mane and Daeg Faerch

JoBloJoBlo

What’s scarier than Michael Myers? Well, two Michael Myers in the same room talking about sharp objects. Yes, Tyler Mane is one of them, who you will remember from X-MEN as Sabretooth and he also appeared with the rest of the Firefly gang in Rob Zombie’s THE DEVIL’S REJECTS. Now he appears as “adult” Michael Myers in Rob Zombie’s HALLOWEEN. And as the “young” Michael Myers, Daeg Faerch is about to get quite a bit of attention for his terrific portrayal of the tortured youth.

When I sat with the two of them at the Four Seasons in Beverly Hills, I found both of them to be far from scary. Daeg is a pretty cool little dude and he was excited to talk about his opportunity to play such an iconic character. Tyler is also truly a cool dude who is also mega huge at a massive 6’8” but is very laid back and friendly. To interview them together is an unusual experience but I was happy to meet both Michaels in person and still survive.
