PROM NIGHT has come and gone (though not entirely, I think it’s still out in some theaters) and sucked assholes all the way into horror history. Remake? Hardly. Decent horror flick? If you’re a 12 year old girl. Worth the price of admission? Only if the theater paid you to see it!
However, the international poster for PROM NIGHT hit IMPawards today, and let’s face… it f*ckin’ rocks! This here poster echoes the classic feel and vibe from the 80s, looking more like a classic slasher one-sheet than a dried up dead-hooker of a PG-13 remake. Say what you will about the movie itself, this here poster delivers the sweet goods!
Shame that the effort was made to make this film look like a genuine slasher flick when it was anything but… so bravo to the artists and the marketing team behind this one!
