James Mangold shares a small sample of Marco Beltrami’s Logan score

Logan James Mangold

We're just a month and a half away from the release of LOGAN, but those of you attending the Berlin International Film Festival (which runs from February 9-18) will get to see it much sooner than that as the final Wolverine film will have its world premiere at the festival. It's a little sad to think that we won't get to see Hugh Jackman as Wolverine anymore following LOGAN (or will we?), but everything we've seen from the film seems to indicate that we're finally getting the Wolverine movie many of us have waited a decade for. if you're still hungry for LOGAN goodies, Director James Mangold shared a brief video on Twitter today from the Newman Scoring Stage in which we can hear a sample of Marco Beltrami's LOGAN score.

Speaking of LOGAN, don't forget that we're still accepting submissions for one of YOU to be flown down to New York City and take part in the junket for the film. In addition to seeing the film earlier than most, you'll also get to interview Hugh Jackman yourself and ask him all the Wolverine questions which have been rattling around in your brain for years. For more on how you can enter, head on over here! Our own Editor-in-Chief Paul Shirey has already seen forty minutes of LOGAN (lucky!) and his review of that preview, as well as an interview with James Mangold, will be posted on January 19th.

The official synopsis for LOGAN:

In the near future, a weary Logan cares for an ailing Professor X in a hide out on the Mexican border, but Logan's attempts to hide from the world and his legacy are up-ended when a young mutant arrives, being pursued by dark forces.

LOGAN is set for a March 3, 2017 release.
