At last glance, we saw the lovely Alice Eve decked in a Victorian corset for James McTeigue’s THE RAVEN. Now, her potential suitors…John Cusack as the beset Edgar Allan Poe, and Luke Evans as some tool with awful hairpiece and even worse smock!

All japing aside, I really am looking forward to seeing Cusack tackle Poe in a murder mystery. The March 9th release sort of worries me, but I’ll watch anything with Cusack, so I’m onboard no matter what.

Also featuring Gleeson, Dave Legeno, Oliver Jackson-Cohen and Pam Ferris – THE RAVEN is a gritty thriller in which Edgar Allan Poe joins forces with a young Baltimore detective to hunt down a mad serial killer who’s using Poe’s own works as the basis in a string of brutal murders.

Catch THE RAVEN March 9th of next year.
