Riding on the heels of the recent casting announcement that SCREAM 4 actress Aimee Teegarden will star in RINGS is word from Deadline that Big Bang Theory actor Johnny Galecki has signed on to play one of the leads in the third installment of the horror franchise.
Galecki will play Gabriel, a handsome, pleasure-seeking professor who mentors and helps boyfriend and girlfriend duo, Holt (Alex Roe) and Julia (Matilda Lutz). The site goes on to say that Galecki’s character is a complete departure from his sensitive nerd guy Leonard on the CBS sitcom The Big Bang Theory.
