As if you need any more reason to get excited for Joel and Ethan Coen‘s HAIL, CAESAR!, the cast seems to be growing exponentially. The lovely Scarlett Johansson has been reported to be looking at a role, and now it seems as if Jonah Hill is in negotiations to star as well. Hill would be joining George Clooney, Josh Brolin, Tilda Swinton, Ralph Fiennes and Channing Tatum.

The story itself is that of a 1950s Hollywood fixer, Eddie Mannix (Clooney), who spends his days looking over and cleaning up after the stars of Hollywood. Of course, Jonah Hill and Channing Tatum were more recently seen tearing up theater screens with 22 JUMP STREET, which has raked in over $160 million (domestically) on its $50 million budget. With that in mind, it would be almost criminal to put them both in another film and not have them share any screen time. Who knows? Maybe Jonah Hill will just see Channing Tatum at a classy 1950s party, exclaim that “he’s perfect!” and go to town?

With the cast being assembled faster than Ron Bergundy’s news team, when can probably expect HAIL, CAESAR! to start filming in the following months.
