One flick we haven’t really been touching here at AITH is Josh Trank’s CHRONICLE. The reason for that is we couldn’t really tell if it had enough genre flare to fit in around these parts, know what I mean?
Well with the release of the flick’s trailer and poster today I think it’s pretty safe to say this thing gets plenty dark enough for AITH so… Here I am! No reason to beat around the bush with this one, the trailer and one-sheet for this flick just popped up online and they’re both pretty damn solid. Now a lot of people are being blown away by this trailer… personally I’m not feeling the hype but you can judge for yourself by checking out the goods below, with the trailer also being up over in our videos section.
Three high school students make an incredible discovery, leading to their developing uncanny powers beyond their understanding. As they learn to control their abilities and use them to their advantage, their lives start to spin out of control, and their darker sides begin to take over.
CHRONICLE stars a relatively unknown cast which includes Michael B. Jordan, Dane DeHaan, Alex Russell, Michael Kelly and Ashley Hinshaw (below). With a release date of February 3, 2012 already pegged for CHRONICLE I’m sure we’ll be seeing a lot more from the flick soon so be sure to check back for that!
