Pixar and Disney have released another FINDING DORY trailer, and it features a few previously unseen scenes from the upcoming film. The FINDING NEMO sequel picks up six months after the events from the first movie, and will follow Ellen DeGeneres' forgetful regal blue tang as she embarks on a quest to find her family. Albert Brooks and Willem Dafoe are also back as Marlin the clownfish and Gill the moorish idol, and newcomers to the franchise include Idris Elba, Diane Keaton, Eugene Levy, Ty Burrell, Ed O'Neill, Dominic West, Kaitlin Olson and Vicki Lewis.

"That is definitely not mommy!"

I've enjoyed most of Pixar's original movies, however they don't exactly have a fantastic track record when it comes to theatrically released sequels outside of the TOY STORY series. I know there are some who are really high on the follow-up, but the trailers haven't done anything for me, and this is coming from someone who really liked the first film. Although I won't be going into FINDING DORY with high expectations, I am hopeful that it won't be as underwhelming as MONSTERS UNIVERSITY, or feel as pointless as CARS 2.

FINDING DORY is due out on June 17, 2016.
