Keira, Colin to London

Colin Farrell loves women. So it should come as no surprise that he has agreed to star opposite the lovely Keira Knightley in LONDON BOULEVARD, a crime drama in which he will play a South London criminal who, after release from prison, tries to give up the gangster life by becoming a handyman for a reclusive young actress, played by Knightley. [Ed. note: LONDON is a loose retelling of SUNSET BOULEVARD.] The film is being adapted from a Ken Bruen novel by THE DEPARTED scribe William Monahan, who will also make his directorial debut.

Now all we do is wait, as Colin gregariously charms Keira after late-night rehearsals, a few pints of Guinness, and stories about how he would watch the nerdy kid sometimes in grade school, eating lunch by himself, and how much he felt sorry for him. Awww…Colin!
