Writer William Monahan proved he could handle gangsters with his Oscar-winning work on THE DEPARTED.

With LONDON BOULEVARD, he brought that experience and talent to England for his directing debut and rounded up a solid cast that includes Colin Farrell, Keira Knightley, Ray Winstone, Ben Chaplin, David Thewlis and Anna Friel.

Monahan adapted Ken Bruen’s novel about a London ex-convict who tries to go straight, but numerous people from his past and present lure him toward a life of crime. Watch below as Farrell gets into trouble and busts some chops with his accent intact.
