King of Killer Sheep

Let’s see, we’ve had mutated killer rats, spiders, snakes, sharks, monkeys, and snowmen- and now, thanks to Jonathan King, we now are going to have mutated killer sheep. Yes, the wooly creatures will be peaceful no more as New Zealand writer/director King is trying to gain financial backers for his horror/comedy BLACK SHEEP.



To Americans, this might seem kind of goofy, but in New Zealand, sheep outnumber humans ten to one! It was only a matter of time when someone wondered what would happen if a genetic experiment went horribly wrong and turned all the sheep into blood-hungry killers. As of right now it has yet to finish filming, but King and producer Philippa Campbell are still trying to get the rest of the movie financed so they can give it the finishing touches a masterpiece like this truly deserves.



Even though I don’t live anywhere where sheep outnumber people, killer sheep just sound scary- in a hilarious kind of way. Being a fan of shit like JACK FROST and RATS: NIGHT OF TERROR, SHEEP sounds like a fun time all around! Let’s just hope they find someone who feels the same way, and is willing to put up the bucks to complete it.
