King’s Dark Marvel

If you’re even the slightest fan of Stephen King’s work, you’re no doubt a HUGE fan of his THE DARK TOWER series- a series that took him over 30 years to complete. It’s laced through most of his work, and it is, in short, epic.


Which makes this news so frickin’ awesome! King is teaming up with comic giant MARVEL COMICS to produce the epic tale of gunslinger Roland Deschain- not only based on his books, but he’s writing new content to be produced in comic book form! And you thought we’d seen the last of the gunslinger! Ha!


“As a lifelong fan of Marvel comic books, and as an adult reader who’s seen comics “come of age” and take their rightful place in the world of fantasy and science fiction, I’m excited to be a part of Roland’s new incarnation.” As that’s coming from da man himself (King), you know it’s gonna be awesome.
