Holy shit and what the f*ck?! Kobe Bryant is dead. This isn't a hoax or a movie. The Lakers legend, as well as his daughter Giana Maria, died as passengers in a helicopter crash this Sunday in the L.A. county suburb of Calabasas. The fourth all-time leader in NBA scoring and five-time world champion was only 41 years old. I'm still in shock. I don't know what to say. I mean, I was never really a fan of the guy, but there's no denying his gargantuan impact on the sport of basketball as well as pop culture in general. He did recently win an Oscar for Best Animated Short for his film DEAR BASKETBALL. I'm sure more details will be coming out in the next couple of days.
The world lost a giant today
Rest In Peace Kobe Bryant. Also praying for the other passengers that we lost and their families.sponsored content

The 18-time NBA All-Star and his 13 year old daughter are survived by wife/mother, Vanessa, and daughters/sisters, Natalia, Bianca and Capri. I feel so awful about this. We here at Joblo.com send our sincerest condolences to Mr. Bryant's family, friends and vast number of fans. Rest in peace, Black Mamba.
