If you combined a couple of early 90s thrillers, let’s say UNLAWFUL ENTRY and PACIFIC HEIGHTS, then threw in some up-and-coming actors and Sam Jackson, you might very well end up with LAKEVIEW TERRACE.
The flick stars Patrick Wilson (LITTLE CHILDREN, WATCHMEN) and Kerry Washington (RAY, FANTASTIC FOUR) as a couple who moves to a nice suburban area — right next to the proverbial neighbor from hell, Sam Jackson. The familiarity is directed by Neil Labute, whose last film was the Nic Cage comedy THE WICKER MAN (“Not the bees!”).
