Just when you thought the upcoming RESIDENT EVIL entry, EXTINCTION, couldn’t get any… well, it couldn’t get any better- it does! No, Paul WS Anderson didn’t decide to direct, it’s even better than that. Hottie Ali Larter, known for her role in the FINAL DESTINATION films, is joining the cast!
Yep, that means EXTINCTION not only stars Mila Jovovich, and Ashanti, it now stars Larter- yep, one of the hottest cast movies we’ve seen in a long time! That, and they’re battling zombies. In the Nevada desert. Yes, you know what that means- tank top city, here we come!
The flick also stars Oded Fehr and Mike Epps, and is being directed by Russel Mulcahy (written by Anderson). According to MTV, EXTINCTION is currently filming in Mexico (doubling as Nevada). Why not just film it in Nevada? There’s a whole hell of a lot of nothing there, but whatever… EXTINCTION hits theaters sometime next year (I smell an early Spring release…), so stick around as we wait for the first official pics from this nicely cast video game adaptation!
