Last Survivors: Exclusive Clip follows Stephen Moyer into a snowy apocalypse

Arrow in the Head is proud to share an EXCLUSIVE clip from the post-apocalyptic thriller Last Survivors, starring Alicia Silverstone.

Director Drew Mylrea’s post-apocalyptic thriller Last Survivors is currently wrapping up an exclusive run on DIRECTV, with Vertical Entertainment planning to bring the film to theatres and VOD on February 4th. In anticipation of this stage of the film’s release, we’re proud to share an EXCLUSIVE clip that shows how difficult it can be to survive in a snowbound apocalypse. Check it out in the embed above!

Josh Janowicz wrote the script, which he developed with Akaash Yadav, Michael Jefferson, and producer Sunil Perkash. The story centers on

Troy, who has raised his now grown son, Jake, in a wooded utopia thousands of miles away from the decayed cities. When Troy is severely wounded, Jake is forced to travel to the outside world to find life-saving medicine. While he’s ordered to kill any humans he encounters, Jake defies his father by engaging in a forbidden relationship with a mysterious woman, Henrietta. As Jake continues this dangerous affair, Troy will do anything to get rid of Henrietta and protect the perfect world he created for himself and his son.

The film stars Alicia Silverstone (Clueless), Stephen Moyer (True Blood), and Drew Van Acker (Pretty Little Liars).

Van Acker serves as an executive producer alongside Wes Hull, David Lugo, Daniel Brandt, and Michael Baker.

Perkash released a statement to Deadline saying that Last Survivors was filmed in the “frigid but beautiful Montana mountains” in December 2020. He described the film as “chilling and heartbreaking”, and promised that audiences will be both terrified and moved by it. Vertical’s Peter Jarowey added that it has “phenomenal storytelling and emotionally captivating scenes”.
