The cool peeps over at “Moviehole” were digging through a newspaper called “The Herald Sun” and caught an interview with young THE ROAD actor Kodi Smit-McPhee where he mentioned that he’s up for a role in the upcoming Matt Reeves directed horror drama LET ME IN, a remake of the hit Swedish indie horror drama LET THE RIGHT ONE IN. The story centers on a young boy who befriends a young vampire in Blackeberg, a suburb of Stockholm, in the early 1980s so presumably McPhee will be playing the young boy. The deal isn’t done just yet but McPhee is reportedly optimistic about his chances. He’s currently filming the drama LOVE AND MORTAR with “Chuck” babe Yvonne Strahovski and will next be seen in the aforementioned THE ROAD, if the Weinstein’s ever decide to release it.
