Jeff Lieberman, writer/director of such horror modern day classics like JUST BEFORE DAWN and SATAN’S LITTLE HELPER announced that he’ll be behind a new horror comedy flick for Ckrush Entertainment, Inc.

Jim DiLorenzo, executive of Ckrush, talks why they went with Jeff:

“Jeff is truly a unique talent and we love being in business with him. He’s got a great project in the tradition of SCARY MOVIE. People will really enjoy this film and we look forward to making it with Jeff.”

Hell, SCARY MOVIE was funny, and what’s better than poking fun at the genre you love? This project sounds promising, especially since Lieberman talked with Fangoria acouple of weeks back boasting about his new project with NATIONAL LAMPOON- no word if it’s the same project… but no word to deny it either. How many horror comedy’s can this guy be juggling right now anyway, right? Stay stuned as we hear more.
