Sad news to pass along to you guys today as it is being reported that Emmy-winning actor Edward Herrmann has passed away at age 71. He died Wednesday morning in a New York hospital after fighting brain cancer.
While Herrmann was best known for his role on “Gilmore Girls”, horror fans will remember him as Max in Joel Schumacher’s THE LOST BOYS. While his turn as a vampire didn’t last long, the final showdown at the end of the film ranks up there as one of the very best.
