Mad cheerleaders

Ah, is there any better combination for us than cheerleaders and horror? I swear, the two go together like pork and beans! And, as luck would have it, we’ve got ourselves a brand new can to open up! This one’s called MADNESS and it’s a horror flick centered around a lovely pair of pom-pom pumpers! Now, go-team-go and have a look at the plot synopsis:

Friends Jenna and Tara are on their way to a cheerleading contest. At a gas station, they decide to help two guys, Oliver and Chad, who are having a problem with their car. What they don’t know is that they are being watched by a group of mad men whose only intention is to hunt them down and kill them for pleasure. After being captured and locked up, survival is the only thing that matters, but just how far are the cheerleaders willing to go?

Yes, I know, it does sound a tad trivial and commonplace… but does that really matter when it involves hot cheerleaders?! Plus, the official website has a nice and grimy grindhouse look to it. I suggest you click here to check it out. You’ll find some pics as well as a teaser trailer.

MADNESS was written, produced, and directed by Sonny Laguna, Davide Liljeblad, and Tommy Wiklund. It stars Yohanna Idha (below) and Victoria Bloom as our cheerleaders, and Andreas Vaehi and Max Wallmo. No news yet on an official release date, but I’ll keep my megaphone to the ground.
