Make-up test images for Neill Blomkamp’s Alien featuring a disfigured Hicks

Alien Neill Blomkamp Sigourney Weaver Michael Biehn

One of the most interesting images from the concept art that was released for Neill Blomkamp's ALIEN movie was the one pictured above featuring Sigourney Weaver's Ripley and Michael Biehn's Hicks, and now several make-up test images for Hicks have surfaced online over at The Terminator Fans.

According to the site, David Woodruff and his company Generation Effects, Inc. used the concept art to create a few make-up tests (with David's father Tom Woodruff Jr. as Hicks), but it hasn't been confirmed yet Michael Biehn will definitely reprise the role for the planned film. However, I think there's a very good chance Biehn will be back as Hicks in a fifth ALIEN movie.

Neill Blomkamp's CHAPPIE hasn't received fantastic reviews (although Chris Bumbray seemed to really enjoy the film), but I still think Blomkamp is the right person to bring xenomorphs and Ripley back to the big screen. What do you make of these Hicks make-up test pics?

CHAPPIE opens today.
