got some new casting news for the upcoming pointless sequel to (cleverly subtitled THE LIGHT…) starring SLITHER’s Nathan Fillion and Katee Sackhoff (pictured).

Currently filming in Vancouver, THE LIGHT just got Adrian Holmes, William MacDonald and Kendall Cross to join the cast, along with Craig Fairbrass, Teryl Rothery, David Milchard and Kendall Cross! Holy crap, try and say all that twice! Jeesh!

But wait, why isn’t Michael Keaton returning? Oh that’s right… cause he knew that the first one sucked and decided to stay away- good idea! Too bad Fillion didn’t get the memo- though this is probably a pretty good career move for the guy, as up until SLITHER, the guy’s mainly been known for FIREFLY. This should help boost his big-screen fan base.
