Our friends over at B-D learned about a new independent film from Frank Merle entitled DEATH METHOD. Check out the early teaser art below. The thriller will star Malcolm McDowell (HALLOWEEN) and David Dastmalchian (THE DARK KNIGHT) in the lead roles. Here is the synopsis:
DEATH METHOD about five white-collar, corporate executives who wake up trapped together in a room. Although strangers, they soon discover the connection between them: they have all recently applied for a job with the mysterious Carcharias Corporation, and each has been subjected to a series of interviews for the new position. Once establishing that there is no way for them to escape this room, they are informed by a representative from the company that the last one standing will not only be granted freedom, but will also be hired for the job they have all been competing for.
Sounds like the kind of movie we’ve seen done countless times since the success of SAW, but hopefully this one will bring something new to the table. The picture begins filming in Los Angeles in February.
