One of our most anticipated movies of the year has a great new featurette that you should definitely check out. You will meet the crew of FURY led by Brad Pitt, also known as U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Wardaddy (awesome), from writer/director David Ayer’s (END OF WATCH) World War II tank film. I can't wait to see this one; the trailer looked amazing and who doesn’t love a great underdog story? Also, I could watch Brad Pitt hunt down Nazis all day.
Here’s the official synopsis for FURY:
FURY is set at the very end of World War II, in April 1945. As the Allies make their final push in the European Theater, a battle-hardened army sergeant named Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) commands a Sherman tank and her five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines. Outnumbered and outgunned, Wardaddy and his men face overwhelming odds in their heroic attempts to strike at the heart of Nazi Germany.
The film also stars a great ensemble: Shia LaBeouf, Logan Lerman, Michael Pena, Jon Bernthal, and Jason Isaacs.
FURY opens in theaters on October 17th 2014.
