Michael Biehn’s latest thriller TREACHERY (he stars in an produces the film) has gotten a lift from some new producers. Via a press release, we learn that Rob Freeman and Cody Hackman and Hackybox Pictures have joined the TREACHERY team to add their producing skills to the suspense drama. The producers, who worked with Biehn on TAPPED, have joined in for post-production on TREACHERY and the companies are in talks for future projects.

In addition to that news, we’ve received a new poster for the flick, which you can see below. This is the second cool poster we’ve seen for the title, and the first since October. (Check out that one HERE, it’s rather awesome.)

Starring Biehn, Sarah Butler, Caitlin Keats, Matthew Ziff, Chris Meyer, Richard Gunn and Jennifer Blanc-Biehn, TREACHERY goes like this:

The film captures the controversy between Henry and his estranged son, Nathan. Reunited at a friend’s small wedding party, in a remote cabin, Henry and Nathan have their usual awkward interactions. Nathan, accompanied by his girlfriend Cecilia, seeks his father’s approval. Cecilia’s presence only adds to Henry’s discomfort, forcing him to want to leave, but a storm hits, trapping them in the cabin and headed for the worst along with the rest of the group. None of them really realize what is truly in store.

Hopefully we’ll get word on a release date soon.
