I honestly thought the article we ran yesterday about THE ABC’S OF DEATH would garner more excitement in the talkbacks below…surely Eric and I aren’t the only ones who think this is a rad sounding endeavor.

In any event, we’ve got a bit more news on the 26-part horror anthology. Namely, we have an additional 13 directors we now will take part in the film, each lending their own letter-associated chapter to the overall product. Check it…

In addition to those listed yesterday, namely Jason Eisner, Ti West, Ben Wheatley, Nacho Vigalondo, Srdjan Spasojevic and Angela Bettis – here’s who else will partake in THE ABC’S OF DEATH:

Adrian Bogliano (COLD SWEAT), Helene Cattet (AMER), Ernesto Diaz Espinoza (MIRAGEMAN, MANDRILL), Bruno Foranzi (AMER), Gadi Harell (DEADGIRL), Thomas Malling (NORWEGIAN NINJA), Yoshihiro Nishimura (TOKYO GORE POLICE), Simon Rumley (RED WHITE AND BLUE), Marcel Sarmiento (DEADGIRL), Timo Jahjanto (MACABRE), Andrew Traucki (THE REEF), Jake West (DOGHOUSE, EVIL ALIENS) and Adam Wingard (A HORRIBLE WAY TO DIE).

That’s a 19 count by my math. Of course, AMER and DEADGIRL were joint efforts, so if those filmmaking teams stay intact, that cuts the total down to 17 chapters. That leaves 9 more to go, including one from a lucky fan. Pretty cool shite, no?

Given the names above, which chapter of THE ABC’S OF DEATH are you most looking forward to?
