While we’re hearing that a trailer for Leigh Whannell’s INSIDIOUS: CHAPTER 3 will be making its way into theaters this weekend, the best look we’ve had at the film so far has been some behind-the-scenes stills. This chilling prequel, set before the haunting of the Lambert family, reveals how gifted psychic Elise Rainier (Lin Shaye) reluctantly agrees to use her ability to contact the dead in order to help a teenage girl (Stefanie Scott) who has been targeted by a dangerous supernatural entity.
The film will hit theaters on May 29th, 2015 and stars Dermot Mulroney, Stefanie Scott and Lin Shaye alongside Angus Sampson, and Mr. Whannell, with the latter trio reprising their roles from the first two movies in the franchise.
