Well folks just a few days ago we told you about the new SILENT HILL flick scoring itself a title, synopsis and writer/director in the form of Michael J. Bassett and here we are today to give you all a few more details regarding the sequel.
According to a press release we just received it seems like RESIDENT EVIL: AFTERLIFE producers Don Carmody and Davis Films’ Samuel Hadida are teaming together once again for SILENT HILL: REVELATIONS. We’ve also learned that Lionsgate will be handling international sales at the American Film Market.
Sure it’s not a huge update but hey, at least it’s something. Hadida had this to say regarding the project:
“We have high expectations for this continuation of the franchise with our reunited Silent Hill production team. Michael was our natural choice to write and direct. He understands the genre, is passionate about the Silent Hill franchise, and will bring his considerable action picture skills to a fresh and thrilling insight of the Silent Hill 3D world.”
