Another week, another round of casting news from Rob Zombie’s HALLOWEEN. Ezra Buzzington (THE HILLS HAVE EYES) was reported first by Bloody-Disgusting over the weekend to have joined. Then on Friday and yesterday, Tom Towles (HOUSE OF 1000 CORPSES) and Richmond Arquette (THE TRIPPER), respectively, were reported on Rob Zombie’s MySpace page for the film.

No word yet on what Buzzington’s or Towles’ roles are, but Richmond, who plays a deputy in THE TRIPPER, will play Deputy Charles in the remake. On a sort of related note, folks have been going a little nuts with the fan posters, as Rob has posted another couple of ’em, with the best of the bunch now the page’s user image. It’s a damn good choice, if you ask me.

Filming has begun on the film around Los Angeles, with a release date set for this Halloween.
