Morgan Freeman, Robert De Niro, Kevin Kline, and Michael Douglas give it one last try in the final trailer for Last Vegas

Here’s something you won’t be seeing at Comic-Con.

The final trailer for LAST VEGAS starring Michael Douglas, Robert De Niro, Kevin Kline, and Morgan Freeman is attempting to hit us in the funny bone, but sadly all it does is hurt.

What you get here is another batch of corny jokes that keep the four great actors here from truly shining. I get the dynamics. I’ve seen tons of movies from each of these guys: De Niro is the tough guy, Kline is the quirky one, Douglas is the playboy, and Freeman is the straight shooter. But isn’t there a way to highlight this without all the bullshit lines? It’s THE HANGOVER 30 plus years later but no one’s excited to take the trip. Not even in the slightest. I know these guys are much cooler to head to Vegas with minus the scripted personalities. Let’s film that.

When I heard that all these actors would be getting together sue me for wanting something more.

Billy (Academy Award®-winner Michael Douglas), Paddy (Academy Award®-winner Robert De Niro), Archie (Academy Award®-winner Morgan Freeman) and Sam (Academy Award®-winner Kevin Kline) have been best friends since childhood. So when Billy, the group’s sworn bachelor, finally proposes to his thirty-something (of course) girlfriend, the four head to Las Vegas with a plan to stop acting their age and relive their glory days. However, upon arriving, the four quickly realize that the decades have transformed Sin City and tested their friendship in ways they never imagined. The Rat Pack may have once played the Sands and Cirque du Soleil may now rule the Strip, but it’s these four who are taking over Vegas.

LAST VEGAS will steal your soul on November 1st, 2013.
