And Then There Were None Morten Tyldum Banner

Deadline has learned that Fox has tapped THE IMITATION GAME's Morten Tyldum to direct a movie version of the classic Agatha Christie mystery novel And Then There Were None. Apparently Tyldum is a huge fan of the book, and helped with the pitch, which reportedly "got the Christie estate excited." Eric Heisserer (2011's THE THING, FINAL DESTINATION 5) has been hired to write the screenplay.

Book synopsis from Amazon:

And Then There Were None is the story of 10 strangers, each lured to Indian Island by a mysterious host. Once his guests have arrived, the host accuses each person of murder. Unable to leave the island, the guests begin to share their darkest secrets–until they begin to die.

Morten Tyldum is currently filming for the upcoming Sony sci-fi film PASSENGERS starring Jennifer Lawrence and Chris Pratt, and it sounds like AND THEN HERE WERE NONE could be his next project. Who would you like to see star in the latest big screen take on Christie's novel?
