Motel Hell loses date

Last I wrote about MOTEL HELL, it had secured itself a plush October 31 release date. Since then, little has been heard from the film – until today, and the news isn’t very thrilling. Since there’s no script or director or cast to speak of, it’s only natural that MOTEL has abandoned its Halloween date and been sent to TBD hell.

MGM was originally going to produce and distribute the remake (since they’re only second to Platinum Dunes when it comes to having a completely unimaginative slate) but they sold the rights to Twisted Pictures earlier in the year.

MOTEL HELL is about a Farmer and his sister who bury people up to their necks in the garden, preparing them for Farmer Vincent’s famous smoked meats! Yum. With Twisted Pictures involved, I suppose we can expect drawn-out scenes of graphic torture, which is just what the world needs.
