Nancy (Blake Lively) is spending some time surfing alone on a deserted beach. Hasn’t she seen a horror movie before? When she is suddenly attacked by a great white shark , she clings to a nearby rock for safety. Despite the fact she is only a few hundred meters from the coast, getting there will prove to be the ultimate test of will. The shark circles in this trailer for THE SHALLOWS!
This trailer is simple and to the point, and I’ll be damned if it doesn’t work for me! I love this premise of survival and I think Blake Lively is an actress I can easily watch for a straight 90 minutes. I’m no beach-goer myself, but sharks in films have always been scary for me (thank you Mr. Spielberg). So, who here thinks she’s NOT going to make it???
