We can now add Vivica A. Fox's name to the official list of many who have proposed sequel ideas for Quentin Tarantino's classic double-feature, Kill Bill.

The actress, who played Vernita Green in the first volume of the filmmaker's hot-blooded revenge tale, recently spoke with the fine folk over at NME, and revealed that she'd like to see Zendaya step into the role of Vernita's daughter for the would-be sequel.

“I haven’t got any official word… I had a feeling that hopefully [Tarantino] was waiting on [the actress who plays] my daughter to grow up a little bit,” Fox explained to NME.

“But then I was doing an interview and they asked ‘What young actress would you get to play your daughter?’ and I was like ‘No, Ambrosia [Kelley]!’ but they meant an established actress,” she added while referencing the young actress who played her daughter in the first film.

It was at this point in the interview when Fox was asked to name her choice for a potential recasting of the character: “So I went, Zendaya! How hot would that be? And that would probably green light this project. Because her and Uma are both very tall, and it would just be kick-butt, and I love her.”

Fox then added, “Hopefully now we can put that out, like ‘Tarantino, cast Zendaya!’ And spark his interest to put it on the fast track. Wouldn’t it be amazing?”

While casting Zendaya in the role of Vernita's daughter sounds like money to me, there's still a matter of who'd play Thurman’s Beatrix Kiddo as well as Vernita. As it happens, Fox had thoughts about this too, saying, Uma Thurman and Vivica of course! We’d come back and reprise our roles!”

“I’d get on the phone with my agent immediately, making sure that I could be a part of it. Tarantino has a great way of figuring out how to bring a character back even if they died, in a flashback or something. People have been waiting, and I’m in the waiting line too," Fox excitedly explained.

Tarantino worked his community of fans into a frenzy back in December of last year when he revealed that a Kill Bill Vol. 3 is "in the cards," and that he'd been speaking to Uma Thurman about reprising her iconic role as Beatrix Kiddo, aka The Bride. When asked by Andy Cohen if a third Kill Bill will ever happen, the ONCE UPON A TIME IN HOLLYWOOD director said, "Well, I just so happen to have had dinner with Uma Thurman last night." After a bit of flattery regarding how Thurman still looks as if she just stepped off the set of KILL BILL VOL. 2, Tarantino stated “I do have an idea of what I would do with [‘Kill Bill Vol. 3’]. That was the whole thing, conquering the concept. What has happened to The Bride since then? And what do I want to do? I didn’t just want to come up with some cockamamie adventure. [The character] doesn’t deserve that. The Bride has fought long and hard. I have an idea now that could be interesting. I still wouldn’t do it for a little bit. It would be at least three years from now. It is definitely in the cards.”
