Shooting on The X-Files revival series is now underway in Vancouver and if that fact doesnt get get you excited, perhaps the following picture will. Several days ago we received a little tease from the production set, but now we have David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson back where they belong. Feast your eyes on agents Fox Mulder and Dana Scully!
Despite two films that received a lukewarm response, fans of The X-Files have been clamoring for a reunion of sorts for over a decade now. I think a 6-episode run will allow series creator Chris Carter to deliver a template that fans know and love. There's 6 months standing between us and the airing of the first episode, so who knows what cool sights we'll get to see from production in the interim. I can almost hear the theme music playing…
The X-Files will return to Fox on January 24th, 2016.
