Nasty Descent 2 clip

On Friday December 4th, a little movie called THE DESCENT PART 2 will be hitting theaters in the U.K., and to get you pumped up for the new release, the boys at Bloody-D scored a bloody clip from the film. Will PART 2 be as good as PART 1? Probably not… but it should be entertaining!

Directed by Jon Harris, THE DESCENT PART 2 goes a bit like this: Emerging from the cave system alone, distraught and covered in the blood of her missing companions, Sarah is incoherent and half-wild with fear. Sceptical about her account of events and convinced Sarah’s psychosis hides far darker secrets, Sheriff Vaines (Gavan O’Herlihy) doesn’t waste time. Along with his partner Rios (Krysten Cummings), and their cave rescue team Dan (Douglas Hodge), Greg (Joshua Dallas), and Cath (Anna Skellern), Vaines forces Sarah back into the caves to help the rescuers find her friends.

You can check out the new clip by heading over THIS WAY, and bask in the claustrophobic glow that is the head-stomping action taking place herein. If nothing else, this film is gonna be a nasty ride! There’s something about these flicks that bring out the claustrophobia in me, and the f*cking freaks me out! If nothing else, I gotta respect any movie that can have that kind of affect on me.

As for the U.S. release date, there still isn’t one… but I have a feeling one will be landed shortly, depending on how well the film does this weekend. If it bombs, I’m guessing we’ll be lucky to see it on DVD. But if it thrills and amazes audiences, expect a release date announcement in the very near future.

Have fun with the CLIP, and get ready for THE DESCENT PART 2 in theaters in the U.K. this Friday, December 4th!
