For those who live in Nebraska, I think this may make your state that much cooler. According to Omaha.com, Lincoln Sen. Colby Coash is gearing up to star in Dorothy Booraem’s upcoming indie horror flick BLOOD RITES.

First off, what the shit is BLOOD RITES anyway? Check it: Something unnatural is happening. A demon wants to be born and that can only happen with a sacrifice of blood.

Hence the title, BLOOD RITES. I get it now! Awesome. Sen. Coash is set to play the role of Sgt. Bob Merrill in the film, but when asked whether his character dies a gruesome death, Coash responded with he wasn’t sure — he hadn’t read the script yet. From someone who witnessed the catastrophe of BATMAN & ROBIN, it’s best to read the script first, yo! Hopefully it doesn’t bite him in the ass later…

Filming is set to begin next month on location in Lincoln, Nebraska. To check out the full article, click HERE, and if you’re not a fan of Sen. Coash, then I guess you have something to look forward to if his character does, in fact, have something gruesome happen to him.

And now for something completely different… Vida Guerra!
