Neil Patrick Harris has been a busy fella since wrapping "How I Met Your Mother": writing a memoir, winning a Tony, appearing in David Fincher's GONE GIRL, and solidifying a deal to host the Oscars are just a few things that have kept the actor busy. Back in October we learned that NPH was set to appear on "American Horror Story: Freak Show" and now we've got our first look at his character with the promo for the January 7 return of the hit FX series.
Harris will appear as a new authority figure with a penchant for conjoined twins and ventriloquism, and it looks like it could be a bloody affair. Also, I'm expecting a musical number but since it's NPH I probably won't mind as much. Doogie Howser rules.
