New “American Horror Story: Asylum” trailer brings the insanity

Finally, here’s a substantial trailer for “American Horror Story: Asylum”, which introduces us to many of the show’s new characters and gives us a good look at the horrific asylum at the center of the season. Pretty intense stuff – we’ll have to watch out for the usually affable James Cromwell if he’s going to go around performing operations without any anesthetic!

Jessica Lange, Sarah Paulson, Zachary Quinto, Evan Peters, Francis Conroy, Lily Rabe, Adam Levine, Joseph Fiennes, Jenna Dewan, Chloe Sevigny, Mark Consuelos, Clea Duvall and James Cromwell all star in “American Horror Story: Asylum,” which premieres on October 17th.
