You guys remember that horror anthology we’ve been telling you about called CHILLERAMA? Of course you do! It’s that intriguing little project coming our way from directors Tim Sullivan, Joe Lynch, Adam Green and Adam Rifkin.
Well we’ve been passing along updates on CHILLERAMA here and there for almost a year now so why would we stop now? You see today we’ve got some brand new artwork for the film that showcases the project’s four talented directors. And… that’s it. Exciting huh? Just scroll down below for a look at the goods.
While we’re yet to come across actual plots for the four stories in the CHILLERAMA anthology here’s what we do have:
Directed by Adam Green, THE DIARY OF ANNE FRANKENSTEIN reads: It’s a black and white movie about Hitler trying to create the perfect killing machine to win the war. The whole movie is in German, but star Joel David Moore, who’s playing ‘Adolf Hitler’ in the short, does not know German, so he’s making up his own gibberish through the whole movie, but his subtitles are correct.
Directed by Joe Lynch, ZOM B MOVIE reads: A zombie movie with a twist—they’re more like sex zombies than zombies that just want to eat you.
Directed by Adam Rifkin, WADZILLA reads: A spoof on 1950s monster movies, WADZILLA is about “a guy that goes to get his sperm count raised, and it creates one big sperm that attacks New York City”.
And lastly we’ve got I WAS A TEENAGE WEREBEAR. Coming from director Tim Sullivan this one reads a little something like this: A musical and a spoof of Rebel Without a Cause, Grease and The Twilight Saga. It is set in 1962 and is about a “closeted kid who meets these other closeted kids, who when aroused turn into leather daddy werebears”.
Names starring in the four CHILLERAMA stories include Sean Paul Lockhart, Gabby West, Lin Shaye, Adam Robitel, Ron Jeremy, Adam Rifkin, Joel David Moore, Kane Hodder and Kristina Klebe (below).
So there you have it ladies and gents. An interesting little horror anthology we’ve got coming our way. No word on when this bad Larry will be scoring a release but you can bet as soon as we hear something we’ll be passing the good word along to all of you.
