The combination of video game to movie
adaptations and director Uwe Boll have had some bad connotations since the absolutely rotten HOUSE OF THE DEAD. But come on- without a script, what does a director have to work with?

His latest project is another video game adaptation, but this one looks promising- with both an outstanding cast, and a script written by Guinevere Turner (AMERICAN PSYCHO). BLOODRAYNE, a prequel to the events that take place in the video games, stars Kristanna Loken (T3), Michelle Rodriguez (RESIDENT EVIL), Michael Madsen, Billy Zane, Will
Sanderson, Matt Davis, Meat Loaf, Michael Pare, Udo Kier and Ben Kingsley.

Wow. With a cast that kicks ass, and a TRAILER this cool looking- I don’t really see where this can wrong.
We had a look on this site a while back at some exclusive pics

(see here) and now it’s Dread Central’s turn at
getting a few new pics from the film, which only contribute to my building excitement for this action/vampire/hottie flick! BLOODRAYNE is expected to hit theaters early next spring 2005.
